Printing Labels for Shipments
Labels for outbound pallets are printed directly from the Pallets screen during the staging process. Each pallet row includes a printer icon. Clicking the icon prints a label using the layout assigned in the Admin Panel.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Pallets Screen
From the WMS+ menu, click Pallets to view any pallets created for the current document.
Print a Pallet Label
Click the printer icon on the pallet row to generate a label.
The label layout and printer are defined in the Admin Panel.
Labels can be reprinted while the shipping document remains open.
Label Contents
Printed labels typically include:
License Plate ID (SSCC – Serial Shipping Container Code).
Product description.
Quantity.
Order number.
User.
Scannable barcode.
These labels support scan-based loading and verification during dispatch.
Common Scenarios
Printing pallet labels after staging to support outbound scanning.
Reprinting a pallet label when one is damaged or unreadable.
Ensuring each pallet shipped has a scannable SSCC barcode for loading.
Summary
