      Common Screens in WMS+

      Users interact with three core screens during standard WMS+ usage: the Login Screen, the Main Menu and the User Menu. These interfaces provide access to company selection, module navigation, printer setup, language options and diagnostic details related to the current session.

      Login Screen

      Company Selection
      Allows the user to select which company to log in to. Clicking the Company field opens a list of available companies based on the PIN code entered. Companies are displayed by company name.

      SAP Business One User
      To access WMS+, the user must log in with a valid SAP Business One user account. At a minimum, the account must have an Indirect SAP Business One license assigned to it. The SAP Business One user code is entered in the corresponding field.

      Password Field
      The SAP Business One user password is entered here.

      Login Button
      After selecting a company and entering valid user credentials, click the Login button to access WMS+. If credentials are incorrect, an error message is displayed.

      Version Number
      Displays the current version of WMS+.

      Connection Settings
      The gear icon in the lower-right corner opens the Connection Settings menu, where a new PIN code can be entered if required.


      Main Menu

      DSD
      Provides delivery driver functions for selling goods directly from a vehicle and processing customer returns.

      Receiving
      Used to receive goods into staging areas, print labels and put items away into bin locations.

      Inventory
      Used for transferring inventory between locations either ad hoc or by back-office request. It also supports issuing goods as scrap or receiving them as found.

      Shipping
      Supports packaging label printing, outbound shipments to customers and returns to vendors (RMAs). Shipping documents such as bills of lading can also be printed.

      Counting
      Enables counting of bin-located items either ad hoc or in response to a back-office request.

      Production
      Covers inventory issues, production, receipt of finished goods and label printing.

      Picking
      Used to consolidate sales orders, locate inventory by lot number and stage items for packing and shipping.


      User Menu

      Info Panel
      Displays connection and diagnostic information, including:

      • SAP Business One user login

      • SAP Business One company name

      • Softengine API address

      • WMS+ version number

      • WMS+ session ID

      • WMS+ device ID

      Printers
      Lists all printers configured in the system, along with their connectivity status. The user can enter new network or Bluetooth addresses and test the connectivity of existing printers.

      Languages
      Allows the interface language to be changed. Selecting the language field opens a list of available options. Currently supported languages include English and Español. Changes take effect immediately after selection.

      Logoff
      Logs off the current user. This is useful for switching to a different user or company. Logging out and back in may be required for certain database changes to take effect in the application.
