Performing Ad Hoc Counts
Ad Hoc Counting in WMS+ allows warehouse staff to carry out spot-checks of bins and items without needing a predefined SAP Business One counting document. The workflow is useful for verifying inventory quickly on the warehouse floor and recording results directly in the system. Once completed, WMS+ generates a Single Counter Inventory Counting document in SAP Business One.
Info: Ad Hoc Counting does not freeze inventory. Items can still be moved, issued or received while the count is in progress.
Note: For details on pallet handling behavior and item type differences (batch-managed vs non-batch), see the Receiving and Inventory Intake Overview.
