Checking Stock with Inventory Lookup
The Inventory Lookup function in WMS+ allows users to view real-time stock availability, bin locations, batch details and pricing (if enabled). It also provides the option to reprint labels, which is useful when labels are damaged or missing. Inventory Lookup can be accessed from the main Inventory module or from the side menu while performing other workflows.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Inventory Lookup
From the WMS+ main menu, click Inventory, then select Inventory Lookup.
Alternatively, click the ☰ menu to open the side menu and select Inventory Lookup.
Scan or search for a product
Scan an item or batch barcode or click the checklist icon to manually search and select a product.
View product details
After selecting an item, WMS+ displays available stock across all bin locations, including batch numbers, expiration dates and stock quantity.
The unit of measure is taken from the item master data in SAP Business One.
Pricing is displayed if enabled in the Admin Panel.
Sort and group results
Click Sort/Group to:
Group quantities by bin, expiration date, or batch.
Sort results to prioritize picking or review.
This is especially useful for high-volume items stored across multiple bins or batches.
Print labels (optional)
Use the label icons to print batch labels (Inventory Lookup: Entry) or price tags (Inventory Lookup: Price Tag), depending on Admin Panel setup.
Return to workflow
Click Back to return to your active workflow without losing progress.
